Pace Industries Announces New Organizational Structure to Deliver Best-in-Class Customer Experience

NOVI, Mich. – (July 07, 2022) – Pace Industries, LLC (“Pace”) or (“The Company”), North America’s leading full-service aluminum, zinc and magnesium die casting manufacturer, announced that it is evolving to a new organizational structure designed to drive operational effectiveness and enable the company to continuously improve and better meet the needs of customers.

Over the coming months, Pace will shift to a customer-focused sector model, by market, to ensure a focused approach on the distinctly different market segments the company serves as the largest diversified high pressure die caster in North America. The four sectors of the new structure will help deliver best-in-class customer experiences and results by increasing transparency and accountability, deepening customer relationships and sector expertise, increasing agility, and enabling the growth and development of Pace’s people.

Going forward the four strategic market sectors will be: home and lighting, powersports and lawn & garden, specialty markets and, automotive.

To lead the advancement of these strategic market sectors, Pace has assembled an exceptional team with extensive experience in die casting and related industries.  Stephen Pridmore has been promoted to president of powersports and lawn & garden, after eight years at Pace most recently serving as senior vice president of sales. Jason Allen has been promoted to president of home and lighting after serving in a variety of roles over a 25-year career at Pace, most recently serving as chief marketing officer.  Vince Marino, previously chief strategy officer, has over a decade of experience as an executive and operating partner in private equity across a variety of industries has been promoted to president of specialty markets.

Matt Kato recently joined Pace Industries to serve as president of automotive. With 24 years of leadership experience in the automotive supply industry, Kato is a proven business leader with a successful track record of trusting, effective relationships with customers. He joins Pace from Quala, a bulk container cleaning company serving the chemical and transportation industries, where he served as president of IBC Services. Prior to his time at Quala, Kato also held leadership positions at: TRW Automotive, Hayes Lemmerz and, Faurecia. In his new role, Kato will work closely with the Pace leadership team to help the company make a seamless transition to the new organizational structure.
