
DOUG ALBERT
Chief Executive Officer
Doug Albert joined Pace Industries as Chief Executive Officer in April 2023. He is a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of the customers, markets, and industry with an impressive commercial and operational background. At Pace Industries, he is responsible for strengthening the company’s operational performance, accelerating commercial strategy, expanding strategic markets, and overall growth and financial expansion.
He has over 30 years of leadership experience in the industrial sector, serving in a range of general management, commercial, manufacturing, engineering, financial and operational roles. In his previous role as President and CEO of Resco Products, Inc., Doug oversaw key strategic initiatives that drove growth and improvements in commercial, operating, and financial performance. Prior to that, Doug was the President and CEO of Environmental Filtration Technologies, a manufacturer of air and liquid filtration equipment. Doug also spent several years at Booz Allen, a global consulting firm, , where he supported a broad range of companies on manufacturing and supply chain strategies. He has also held leadership positions at GE Fanuc Automation, including CEO of GE Fanuc Embedded Systems. He began his career at as an Applications Engineer at Sintech, a start-up company in the area of mechanical testing.
Doug earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester and later received master’s degrees in both Engineering Management and Business Administration from Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering and its J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, respectively.

INNA HANNAN
Chief Administrative Officer & Interim CFO
Inna Hannan is Chief Administrative Officer for Pace Industries. She joined the company in July 2023, after working closely with the Pace Industries team in an advisory role from Cerberus for more than a year. In addition, she is currently acting as the company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer.
She is a seasoned and strategic leader with nearly 20 years of experience in all aspects of business transformation, financial reporting, risk advisory, internal auditing, progressive responsibility in public accounting and both public and private Fortune 500 and mid-cap growth companies, primarily with large global and entrepreneurial high-growth companies.
In her current role, she works to stabilize and strengthen the company’s operational performance, driving strategic initiatives and improving the corporate governance structure and processes.
Prior joining Pace Industries, Inna worked for Cerberus in high-level operational consulting roles. She also previously served as the Senior Executive Leader and Head of Business Transformation at another company within the Cerberus portfolio, the Imagine group.
Before joining the Cerberus team, Inna owned her own consulting firm and was retained as an advisor and managing director to the Office of the CFO Solutions at FTI consulting. Throughout her early career, Inna established and led a global internal audit function as VP of internal audit and risk advisory services for a leading global marketing execution firm, serving fortune 500 brands across a wide range of industries with revenue of ~$1.1 billion. At the same time, she established the Finance Transformation Office for the CFO and implemented project management, monitoring and reporting processes over key strategic initiatives. As she partnered with business to drive process improvement initiatives, she helped redesign and centralize finance and operational processes.
Additionally, she worked for Deloitte and Touché LLP and Crowe Horwath, where she provided industry-leading consulting and risk advisory and led cross-functional transformations, including enterprise-wide risk assessments, comprehensive transformation strategies, business process reengineering, internal audits, consulting and compliance projects.
Inna received her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management Information Systems from Purdue University and is certified as an Internal Auditor.

INNA HANNAN

JASON ALLEN
Chief Commercial Officer
Jason Allen served as the Chief Marketing Office for Pace Industries from 2018 to 2022 when he was promoted to his current role, President of Home and Lighting. He is responsible for overseeing all commercial, operational, and financial aspects of these markets.
He began his career at Pace in 1997 as a sales manager, quickly achieving success and advancing to Director by exceeding growth targets in strategic markets and expansion into Mexico. From there, he continued to lead sales teams across the company, delivering significant organic growth by increasing major customer wallet share. In 2013, Jason was promoted to Executive Vice President of Sales. In this role, he implemented a new go-to-market and selling strategy, which yielded the highest closing percentage and new business awards.
Jason earned his bachelor’s degree in financial management from the University of Arkansas and his MBA from John Brown University. While at the University of Arkansas, he was a four-year letterman and team captain as a quarterback for the Razorbacks. In his spare time, he serves on various non-profit companies aimed at coaching and mentoring athletes.

Stephen Pridmore is an accomplished, multi-industry growth leader serving now as the President over the Powersports/Lawn & Garden market segments, overseeing all commercial, operational, and financial aspects of these strategic markets. Prior to this role, he was the Senior Vice President of Sales providing leadership for each of the commercial teams organized around the four primary markets served by Pace Industries.
Before Stephen came to Pace in 2014 he was an entrepreneur, who started and managed several businesses with a primary focus on real estate management and development in the South Florida and East Tennessee regions. He has been an executive leader for both sales and operational teams in manufacturing and service industries.
Stephen holds a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from Liberty University and will complete his MBA with an emphasis in Financial Planning & Analysis in the fall of 2023.
