DOUG ALBERT

Chief Executive Officer

Doug Albert joined Pace Industries as Chief Executive Officer in April 2023. He is a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of the customers, markets, and industry with an impressive commercial and operational background. At Pace Industries, he is responsible for strengthening the company’s operational performance, accelerating commercial strategy, expanding strategic markets, and overall growth and financial expansion.

He has over 30 years of leadership experience in the industrial sector, serving in a range of general management, commercial, manufacturing, engineering, financial and operational roles. In his previous role as President and CEO of Resco Products, Inc., Doug oversaw key strategic initiatives that drove growth and improvements in commercial, operating, and financial performance. Prior to that, Doug was the President and CEO of Environmental Filtration Technologies, a manufacturer of air and liquid filtration equipment. Doug also spent several years at Booz Allen, a global consulting firm, , where he supported a broad range of companies on manufacturing and supply chain strategies. He has also held leadership positions at GE Fanuc Automation, including CEO of GE Fanuc Embedded Systems. He began his career at as an Applications Engineer at Sintech, a start-up company in the area of mechanical testing.

Doug earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester and later received master’s degrees in both Engineering Management and Business Administration from Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering and its J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, respectively.

INNA HANNAN

Chief Administrative Officer

Inna Hannan is Chief Administrative Officer for Pace Industries. She joined the company in July 2023, after working closely with the Pace Industries team in an advisory role from Cerberus for more than a year. She is a seasoned and strategic leader with nearly 20 years of experience in all aspects of business transformation, financial reporting, risk advisory, internal auditing, progressive responsibility in public accounting and both public and private Fortune 500 and mid-cap growth companies.  In her current role, she works to stabilize and strengthen the company’s operational performance, driving strategic initiatives and improving the corporate governance structure and processes.

Prior joining Pace Industries, Inna worked for Cerberus in high-level operational consulting roles. She also previously served as the Senior Executive Leader and Head of Business Transformation at another company within the Cerberus portfolio, the Imagine group.  Before joining the Cerberus team, Inna owned her own consulting firm and was retained as an advisor and managing director to the Office of the CFO Solutions at FTI consulting.  Prior to that, she worked for Deloitte and Touché LLP and Crowe Horwath, where she provided industry-leading consulting and risk advisory and led cross-functional transformations, including enterprise-wide risk assessments, comprehensive transformation strategies, business process reengineering, internal audits, consulting and compliance projects.

Inna received her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management Information Systems from Purdue University and is certified as an Internal Auditor.

INNA HANNAN

Chief Administrative Officer & Interim CFO

Inna Hannan is Chief Administrative Officer for Pace Industries. She joined the company in July 2023, after working closely with the Pace Industries team in an advisory role from Cerberus for more than a year. JOHN OLSON

Chief Operating Officer

John Olson is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of leadership experience in the global metals industry. He became Pace Industries’ Chief Operating Officer in November 2023 where he is responsible for overseeing the company’s procurement, supply chain and manufacturing operations network. John began his career at Crucible Specialty Metals, with various roles in sales, operations planning and manufacturing across business. His extensive background includes executive roles at Johnson Controls International, where he led strategic programs and business transformation on a global scale. John’s expertise spans strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain planning, manufacturing, product development and aftermarket operations improvement.

Prior to joining Pace Industries, he served as a Director of Enterprise Improvement with AlixPartners, contributing to the firm’s expansion and crisis management support across various industries. John’s career also includes significant contributions at Booz·Allen & Hamilton as part of their Operations Management Group as well as a member of their Global Operations Competency Center, focused on manufacturing and supply chain strategy for aerospace, industrial products and select consumer products companies around the world. A Dartmouth College graduate, he furthered his education with a Master of Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College. John brings a wealth of knowledge to Pace Industries, driving excellence in operational strategy and performance.

JOHN OLSON

Chief Operating Officer

John Olson is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of leadership experience in the global metals industry. He became Pace Industries’ Chief Operating Officer in November 2023 where he is responsible for overseeing the company’s procurement, supply chain and manufacturing operations network. DALE MIKUS

Chief Financial Officer

Dale Mikus joined Pace Industries as Chief Financial Officer on November 1, 2023, where he oversees all financial matters, supporting operational performance, strategy and overall business growth.

With nearly 35 years of experience across diverse manufacturing sectors, Dale is a seasoned, hands-on senior financial executive. With a background in mid-size to large-scale enterprises in metals, aerospace and oil and gas, Dale excels in strategic leadership, profitability enhancement and stakeholder value. His expertise spans roles at Vibrantz Technologies, Liberty Tire Recycling, H-D Advanced Manufacturing and more, where he led financial planning, process improvements and played a pivotal role in various facets of accounting and finance. A Certified Public Accountant, Dale holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Robert Morris University.

BILL ESTEP

Chief Commercial Officer

Bill Estep joined Pace Industries as Chief Commercial Officer in January 2024 where he is responsible for the commercial strategy, business expansion and creating lasting customer relationships.

Bill has over 30 years of experience in industrial business to business markets for private equity and General Electric businesses.  He has served in a wide range of commercial and P&L leadership roles across diverse market segments including industrial, automotive, automation, plastics, healthcare, and aerospace. Prior to joining Pace Industries, Bill served as President and CEO of Parkline Inc, a leading manufacturer of engineered to order modular enclosures and integrated systems which was acquired by Trachte USA in April 2023.  Prior to joining Parkline, Bill served as General Manager of Vital Signs Devices, a wholly owned subsidiary of GE Healthcare. Bill is a 27-year veteran of GE and held leadership positions in general management, sales and marketing.

Bill has served as a director on the board of several businesses in the areas of medical devices, factory automation, and industrial communications.

Bill earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and later earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania.

BILL ESTEP

Chief Human Resources Officer

Donna Zeiter joined Pace Industries as Chief Human Resources Officer in January, 2024, where she oversees the development and execution of human resources strategy supporting human capital, operational performance and overall business growth.

Donna brings 30 years of experience in human resources holding leadership positions in talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, HR operations and technology. She has worked in various industries including technology, logistics, automotive and manufacturing for both private equity and public companies.

Donna comes to us from Allegion, a global manufacturer of security products and services where she served as the Vice President of Global Total Rewards. Prior to that, Donna worked at Superior Industries, a global Tier I manufacturer of aluminum wheels serving as the Global VP, Human Resources, as well as, VP, Human Resources for Europe.

Donna received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Oakland University and her Masters of Science in Administration and Human Resources from Central Michigan University.  She is a Certified Executive Coach and SHRM Senior Certified Professional.
