Executive Chairman

Jeffrey (Jeff) Pritchett began working with Pace Industries as a Board Member on behalf of Cerberus Capital Management L.P., before assuming the role of Executive Chairman of Pace in September 2022. Jeff brings over 25 years of  extensive experience driving significant strategic initiatives and improving companies’ commercial, operating and financial performance. Notably, his ability to motivate others and create change in the workplace has enabled him to be recognized as a distinguished leader in the director, officer and advisory roles he serves for private and public Fortune 500 companies and middle market businesses. Jeff’s continued success in these roles, among others, has made him a dynamic leader.

Most recently, Jeff served as Senior Managing Director, Senior Operating Executive and Lead Senior Operating Partner for the Global Credit Investment and Real Estate Investment Platforms for Cerberus Operating Platform (Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company, LLC). Jeff currently sits on six Boards in three continents, including Cerberus’ largest investment. Prior roles include CEO of FirstKey Homes LLC, COO of Champion ONE HoldCo, LLC, Executive Vice President, CFO and Head of Global Operations for Innerworkings Inc., Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors for Transcentra, Member of the Board of Directors and Acting CFO for Remington Outdoor Company and Senior Vice President and CFO for Vertis Communications Inc.

Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Walsh College and his MBA from Purdue University.

DEAN WAHLBERG

Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff

Dean Wahlberg began working with Pace Industries on behalf of  Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company (COAC) on operational  improvement in early 2022, before assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff of Pace in September of 2022. Dean is experienced  in developing and executing strategies that help organizations improve all levels of their operating metrics. He has both domestic and  international experience, and is particularly passionate about deploying  LEAN capabilities within organizations to improve problem solving and deliver improved results.

Prior to Pace, Dean led the Design-to-Delivery Practice area within Cerberus.  In this role, Dean led a team of Operations and Supply Chain Executives in diligence potential acquisitions and working with companies to deliver upon improvements.

Earlier in his career, Dean has held a number of Operations and Supply Chain leadership roles including  Vice President, Operations and Supply Chain – TE Connectivity (SubCom), Sr. Vice President of Operations — Meggitt (Polymers and Composites), Director of Global Operations, Network Optimization — TE Connectivity (Data & Devices), Director of Global Operations – TE Connectivity (Enterprise Networks) and Director of Operations, Asia Pacific – ADC (acquired by TE Connectivity).

Dean earned his B.A. in Business from Gustavus Adolphus College and his M.S. in Manufacturing systems and Engineering at the University of St. Thomas.

Craig Potter has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Pace Industries since 2008, responsible for all financial functions including forecasting, accounting, treasury, supply chain management, as well as information technology.

Craig began his career with Pace in 1992 as the controller of the Harrison plant and, from there, progressed to positions including Vice President of Accounting and Head of Strategic Material Sourcing, before moving to Operations in 2003. Over the course of his 29 years with the company, he has gained extensive knowledge of the business with additional responsibility for purchasing and M&A activities.

Prior to joining Pace, Craig served as an auditor for Frost, PLLC.  He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Louisiana Monroe.

ERICKA STEPHENS

Chief Human Resources Officer

Ericka Stephens joined Pace Industries as Chief Human Resources Officer in July 2020. She brings with her over 19 years of HR management experience and a focus on attracting, developing, and retaining the best people.  In this role, she is responsible for cultivating and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.

Prior to joining Pace, Ericka served as the Deputy Vice President of Human Resources for Faurecia, a publicly held tier one global automotive manufacturing supplier. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions in the transportation industry and higher education. Ericka’s areas of expertise include HR operations, labor relations, succession planning, performance development, and high-impact training and engagement programs.

Ericka is a true Michigander – born and raised in Benton Harbor, Michigan. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business management and master’s degree in organizational management from the University of Phoenix. She also obtained the Ignite People and Teams Certification from the London School of Business in 2019.

JASON ALLEN

President - Home & Lighting

Jason Allen served as the Chief Marketing Office for Pace Industries from 2018 to 2022 when he was promoted to his current role, President of Home and Lighting. He is responsible for overseeing all commercial, operational, and financial aspects of these markets.

He began his career at Pace in 1997 as a sales manager, quickly achieving success and advancing to Director by exceeding growth targets in strategic markets and expansion into Mexico. From there, he continued to lead sales teams across the company, delivering significant organic growth by increasing major customer wallet share. In 2013, Jason was promoted to Executive Vice President of Sales. In this role, he implemented a new go-to-market and selling strategy, which yielded the highest closing percentage and new business awards.

Jason earned his bachelor’s degree in financial management from the University of Arkansas and his MBA from John Brown University. While at the University of Arkansas, he was a four-year letterman and team captain as a quarterback for the Razorbacks. In his spare time, he serves on various non-profit companies aimed at coaching and mentoring athletes.

Stephen Pridmore is an accomplished, multi-industry growth leader serving now as the President over the Powersports/Lawn & Garden market segments, overseeing all commercial, operational, and financial aspects of these strategic markets. Prior to this role, he was the Senior Vice President of Sales providing leadership for each of the commercial teams organized around the four primary markets served by Pace Industries.

Before Stephen came to Pace in 2014 he was an entrepreneur, who started and managed several businesses with a primary focus on real estate management and development in the South Florida and East Tennessee regions. He has been an executive leader for both sales and operational teams in manufacturing and service industries.

Stephen holds a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from Liberty University and will complete his MBA with an emphasis in Financial Planning & Analysis in the fall of 2023.

In his previous role with Pace, Steffan spent 12 years as the M&A and strategy executive. This experience, coupled with a long career in investment banking prior to joining the team in 1996, brings strong business and financial acumen to the legal advisory role.

Steffan earned his Master of Laws from the London School of Economics and Political Science and his master’s degree in corporate law, Bachelor of Laws, and Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa.
