Pace offers extensive in-house finishing capabilities as part of our end-to-end solutions for manufacturing both functional and sensitive cosmetic parts. Our expertise in powder coating, painting, chromating, polishing and shot blasting ensures that products look as good as they function and simplifies the supply chain by eliminating multiple layers of outsourcing and material handling.
Due to the variety of substrates used in the multiple markets we serve; Pace Industries finishing and coating services offers pretreatment processes featuring reverse osmosis water rising and conversion coating to passivate the casting component providing excellent corrosion protection and substantially improve paint adhesion.
Our in-house state-of-the-art powder coating lines are equipped with electrostatic power coat Gema Systems, a 6-stage wash system featuring reverse osmosis water rinse, conversion coating, as well as dry off, gel & curing ovens.
The materials cast include a variety of aluminum, magnesium and zinc alloys to suit every application and mechanical properties.
Pace has aluminum die casting machines ranging from 400 to 3,000 tons, giving us the ability to provide a large range of aluminum casting sizes and weights to serve nearly any industry and application. Aluminum die cast parts are lightweight, corrosion resistant and have a wide range of surface finishing options.
Pace has extensive magnesium die casting knowledge and expertise, partnering with customers on the distinctive benefits of magnesium die casting to suit their needs. Magnesium offers a perfect combination of light weight, rigidity and resistance to wear for diverse die cast part applications.
Pace offers a variety of zinc die casting approaches that range from the ability to produce small, miniature zinc die castings to larger, conventional castings. Zinc provides unique advantages in many die casting applications that include a combination of strength, ductility, impact strength, finishing characteristics and tooling that has high resistance to catastrophic failure.

State-of-the-art electrostatic powder coat Gema System with two automatic booths giving us the ability for quicker changes from one color to the next.
DRY OFF, GEL & CURING OVEN
- Dry off oven to remove all moisture from the parts
- Gel state reached quickly
- Curing oven cures the powder into a seamless coating
- All ovens controlled by PLC through building recipes for each item we paint.
