Pace Industries has experience through years of producing critical die cast and plastic components for customers in the small engine market as well as transmissions and mower decks for lawn mowers, electric and battery-operated hand tools used in the garage and yard tools as well as your back yard barbeque grills.

From concept to delivery, we possess the knowledge, experience, and scale to adjust to the seasonal market demands in these industries throughout five TS-certified facilities.  Pace Industries specializes in supplier BOM consolidation, cost optimization and full-service die casting and assembly of aluminum, magnesium, zinc, and plastic parts to create more efficient supply chains that are able to meet market demands.

CUSTOMER STORY

  • Engine customer was investigating cost reductions so we developed a process to cast a tube in engine crankcases and oil pan components to reduce machining content and overall engine cost.
  • A grill customer needed to expediate a grill to market so we partnered with tool shops and equipment builders to design and build tooling so that we could provide PPAP approved parts from the production process in (16) weeks.
  • Reduced wall thickness in barbeque castings to provide significant cost reductions.
