Pace Industries completed the divestiture of its Mangas Tool and Die operation in Muscle Shoals, Alabama to Aarkel Tool & Die Inc (“Aarkel”)

DETROIT, Michigan – On January 8, 2021, Pace Industries, LLC (“Pace”) completed the divestiture of its Mangas Tool and Die operation in Muscle Shoals, Alabama to Aarkel Tool & Die Inc (“Aarkel”).

Aarkel, headquartered in Canada, is a global tool and die manufacturer with full-service tooling and engineering capabilities in Canada, Mexico, India, China, Europe and Brazil. Mangas expands Aarkel’s manufacturing footprint in the USA.
