With 18 manufacturing facilities and over 4,000 associates across the US and Mexico, Pace’s experience is unsurpassed amongst die casting companies. With the largest footprint of any die caster in North America, Pace offers a wide array of services and capabilities to customers across numerous markets including: automotive, commercial vehicle, powersports, lighting, lawn and garden, appliance, aerospace, defense, medical, and other industries.

CASTING CAPABILITIES

If it is in the world of die casting, we can handle it with excellence. Pace can cast products ranging in weight from .067 ounces to 70 pounds. Our expertise ranges from miniature zinc to large, thin-walled castings to complex engine components with steel inserts to telecom castings with pronounced heat sinks.

Our die casting capabilities are vast, and our aluminum die casting customers are supported with aluminum die casting machines that range from 400 to 3,000 tons. Our zinc die casting customers benefit from advanced die casting through both small Techmire machines and conventional die casting machines that range up to 500 tons. We also offer impressive magnesium die casting capabilities with machines ranging from 150 to 600 tons.

Pace has aluminum die casting machines ranging from 400 to 3,000 tons, giving us the ability to provide a large range of aluminum casting sizes and weights to serve nearly any industry and application. Aluminum die cast parts are lightweight, corrosion resistant and have a wide range of surface finishing options.

Pace offers a variety of zinc die casting approaches that range from the ability to produce small, miniature zinc die castings to larger, conventional castings. Zinc provides unique advantages in many die casting applications that include a combination of strength, ductility, impact strength, finishing characteristics and tooling that has high resistance to catastrophic failure.
