STUDENTS, ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A JOB OR SOME WORK EXPERIENCE?
Pace is excited to help students explore the field of advanced manufacturing and product design. Our internship program grows every year as we are looking for ambitious individuals. We want our employees to grow their skill sets and advance their careers; one of the main ways we accomplish this is through training. Just this last year we had over 16,000 hours of training provided by Pace in all different areas. Whether it be health and safety training, on the job, or skills and technology training, you better be ready to learn something new at Pace.

On average, most roles are filled within 60 business days, but don’t let that stop you! We are always looking for the best talent. Pace is a fast paced organization and usually prefers to move quickly through the process.  Your partnership in quick scheduling is much appreciated.

Pace Industries has a unique hiring process.  It is important for us to understand both what you have done and also what you can do.  We use TalentSorter to evaluate an individual’s work traits and attributes. It only takes 10-20 minutes of your time and can be completed on a computer or mobile device. This helps us place the right people in the right positions according to their individual talents and strengths. Job fit is important to us!
