Problem: A leading manufacturer of automobile, driveline and drivetrain components and systems was subject to an end user mandated CAFE Weight Reduction Program which required part manufacturing support and tooling optimization.

Problem: One of the most widely recognized and respected names in the snowmobile, ATV and side by side industry was experiencing capacity constraints which led to the need to outsource a major component of assembly.

Solution: Pace’s Product Tech Division took ownership of the sourcing and assembly of the critical oil tank and chain subassembly.

Result: Freed up the customer's employees and floor space to accommodate expanded production. Moving production to a Pace facility shortened delivery time to the customer's manufacturing line by several days.
